I have seen positive results first hand, of trying something other than inhalers to
regulate my children's asthma. I was skeptical of giving my children inhalers, due to the steroids, however, I saw no other option. That was until I stumbled upon the benefits of Omega 3. I started my son who had ADD on the supplements to help with his school work, concentration, memory and mood swings. After doing more intense research, I read about the benefits that Omega 3 supplements can have on children and adults with asthma. There were several studies done at Harvard University and Pittsburgh University. I thought, what the heck, I'll give it a go! I made sure my kids had their inhaler in the beginning to ward off any attacks. After six months of taking the supplements three times a day, my children no longer needed their inhalers. They also stopped having allergy symptoms. My family's health has seen such a drastic improvement, that our trips to the doctor's office have decreased considerably. In closing, make sure you take a Triglyceride formula (helps the majority of the supplement stay in the body throughout the digestive process). Remember, the higher the EPA/DHA within the supplement, the better the results. Allow at least a minimum of one month, and ideally six months, for the supplement to get a large enough amount in your system to see the results. Good luck in your quest to cure your asthma naturally!
