My outlook on diet pills.

Although I do not agree with what most diet pills do. Which is raise your heart rate to energize you and burn calories. I also do not like that people abuse the opportunity that is given to them by the diet pills. I myself at one time took a certain pill that did that. I, like a lot of people, got addicted. By no means am I the type of person to get addicted to something. However, once your body adjusts to the pills, it then relies on them. I remember on days I wouldn't take them at that point. I would feel so drained with no motivation. Basically, couldn't live life to it's fullest.

By the way, I did not take more than the recommended dose, I took less most of the time.

Luckily they offer other types of pills made to raise your metabolism and attack the problems that can cause people to have a hard time losing weight. The herbal focused pills, I believe in. I have not used them myself, I ended up going my battle with out that but I know that some people do absolutely need it. I know of many people who have had the success they can offer.

I suggest any one that is looking into taking any sort of diet pill should do a lot of research on the different ones, what they offer, and their warnings.

It is sad but a lot of people do not have the mental ability to lose weight on their own. Especially once that person reaches a point in their obesity that may seem to them to be no hope. People die every day from being over weight. The weight loss surgeries are very dangerous as well. If you don't do exactly what you are told, you can possibly lose your life. Some times, you do anyway. However, It has given so many people life that would have passed in 10 years or less if they hadn't gotten the weight off. It is at times, necessary to take a risk to live a better life. The pills aren't quite that dangerous, but some people need that extra help.

Be sure to talk to your doctor about taking any pills. They can be dangerous when mixed with other medications or simply due to your health.

With or without it - Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Always, always, always eat healthy and exercise #1!
