I'm not quite in this age yet and I won't be nearing this age for awhile with the given that my hair doesn't turn gray until I'm well into my 50s. I'm not afraid of the color gray, or some of you call it silver.

It is a sign of age and some people can't handle that and it's okay to not want to handle it right at the time that you've grown gray hair. It's a mortifying change for anybody that's used to being younger and we all are. It's the truth, just like being thinner and all of a sudden gaining weight. We all need to have time to adjust to our changes.

You're becoming older and it's very obvious in your hair. Now, as a daughter, my mother dyes her hair because she's only 57 years old. I thin she looks darn fabulous for her age and she definitely deserves to be happy with the way she looks. Now, the reason why I chose this side is because as you get older, part of life is acceptance.

Accepting your body as it changes is the key to happiness. Being happy with how you've lived your life is a wonderful way to learn how to accept your new beautiful hair. There are many people turning to cosmetics and surgery to stop the clock but do you want to die 90 years old looking like you're 40 and have spent over one million dollars in cosmetic surgery just to die looking like you're 40? Is it really worth it...

The same thing goes with dying your hair. Your hair is a part of who you are and it's something that with time needs to be accepted. I used to be a blond and now I have dark brown hair. It's something I am still resentful about but as I've become older, hair color doesn't mean anything except you're getting older!

Love yourself for who you are, you are beautiful. It's OK to dye your hair until you're a certain age but after that, move on?
