George H. W. Bush's role in immigration issues

We should first remember that the president of the United States George H.W.Bush as a chief executor is responsible of accepting or rejecting bills. In immigration issues,I believe that he should play the role of the father that listens to everybody's opinions, filters the best possible suggestions(with respect to religious and social ethics),reevaluates the best thought options, and finally processes by use of senses, knowledge, and wisdom to the finalization of the issues(immigration issues).

The president H.W.Bush should,I think,in case of reluctance from both chambers(the US Senate & the House of Representatives)in deciding on an issue which is the case of Immigration here, call for the creation of other sub-committees,and go listen to what they have to say.In case of further compromises,He must call for a national poll about the issue(just like a general vote)and look closely at the results of the poll and finally decide according to the difference gained by subtracting the pros and cons.

George H.W.Bush as a chief executor should step forward last.He should be that father who reacts last after having diligently and closely heard all speeches. He should not hesitate to step last and to make the best sorted decision. He who speaks last, speaks best.

Finally,in short, the president of the United States George W.H. Bush's role in immigration issues should not only be that of a chief executive, but also that of a great considerate listener.
