From the deep shadows of the Earth I rise again to relay some information on this wonderful subject. Women can get their sex drive back by using a few simple steps and steps that are more natural.Lets start with the women's diet which I'm sad to say is highly manipulated by the media,Screw them okay and those magazines. Point blank you need fats in your diet and a moderate amount.what do think makes the hormones estrogen and testosterone in your system? Cholesterol a lipid a special fat.Now i'm not saying start eating fatty foods,but don't be scared of them either. Moderation is the key. Have that cheese burger just don't have it 3 times a week.Blend your diet and counter balance it with fruits and vegetables. Fat is like fire to much will burn your house,to little and you will be freezing. You want a nice blaze.Don't forget my lovely Lady's about omega complex of good fatty acids. These make much needed hormones for your sexual drive and mental health,and as you know the brain is made up from fat.So stop starving yourselves,why do you think you feel so cranky all the time.Your brains saying feed me,and if your brain isn't happy your sex drive isn't either. Of course Carbs and proteins are important with health exercise. Go pick up an exotic dancing course so you can exercise in a sexy manner and learn how sexy your body is. Stop with the whole ethics and moral crap shake that ass cause you are sexy and it is for your sexual growth not the world. Find erotic material of men you find attractive and masturbate to them and stop bashing them because of your last boyfriend or husband. Also don't make masturbation a quick fix, get some toys and enjoy what your doing, remember that hot feeling. Also the main push over in women is testosterone,if it wasn't for the little amount in a womens system they wouldn't want to have sex with us. Also it's sad to say some women would rather have it that way. But you want the fiery feeling so I suggest going to your doctor and getting testosterone drops or rub in creams. It only takes a small amount. Here are some natural vitamins,minerals,and herbs to take. Lets start with the B-complex for good brain funcutions and the heavy hitters are B12 for energy, B6 for dopamine and serotonin important to mood, B3 for blood flow to vaginal tissue, wild yam, Iron, calcium, magnesium,Boron,Black conosh,dong quai,soy isoflavones,Dhea,maca,L-argini ne,A-C-E vitamins anti-oxidants and Tribulus Terresstris. Also look up things yourself. Well i hope things improve and I always want my women out there to enjoy a good sex life. Back to the smoke of the earth soon I'll be back.
