Black Bean Guaca-Salsa... The Best of Both Worlds
Do you like guacamole? How about black bean salsa? This cool and creamy recipe puts two favorites together quick and easy.
1 ripe avocado, flesh removed
1 lime zested and juiced
1/2 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 large jar cilantro lime salsa
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
In food processor or blender place avocado,lime juice and zest,mix, and salsa
Process until smooth
Place mixture in bowl and stir in beans and cilantro
Chill at least 2 hours and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips
