Now this is a subject that I can write about all day long. I am a country girl and this is what we do for fun. Even after my husband and I had our son, we still go. Our son is two years old and he loves it. There are different ways to go off roading/mud-riding. You can have a truck, jeep, or 4-wheeler. My favorite is the 4- wheeler because I like to get the mud and water all over me. One of the main things that you need to know before you go is NEVER GO ALONE! This is a big No, No!
If something was to happen you need someone to be with you, just like you fishing on the river. There have been plenty of nights that my husband and I have been called out to come get someone out of the mud. Most of the trucks that go are deck out, if you know what I mean. They have mud tires, wenches, and straps in the back, so if anyone gets stuck they can pull them out. If you are interested in doing something like this you should find a good beginners coarse. My suggestion is to go after a good ran. The rest really depends on your driving ability.
The best thing about going offroading/mud-riding is being with your friends and having fun. The boys around here love to challenge each other to see who has the better truck. I know what you are think is, man she is a redneck! Well you know what, I am and I am very proud to be.
