I am definitely an advocate of the "Magnetic Therapy". Over the past 16 years, I have found Magnets to be quite beneficial. I was diagnosed with bone spurs, 2 on each foot back in 1979. I tried all of the arch supports; even the expensive orthotics and they have been no help. In fact, the most expensive were even more painful than the spurs themselves!
I've bought what seems like hundreds of pairs of shoes and they have been useless until I discovered Magnetic Insoles. I've tried several kinds, including the massaging insoles which I highly recommend to anyone with foot pain of any kind.
I began to notice some relief in a few short days; 2-3 weeks later; my foot muscles were more relaxed and pain-free when I would wear these insoles. They weren't nearly as tired after a lot of walking and I won't be without them now.
About 5 years ago, I bought myself a couple of magnetic bracelets because of being mis-diagnosed with about 3 different problems including "Carpal Tunnel" which turned out to be Arthritis instead. I had been using "Chinese Exercise Balls" to stimulate the blood flow, but you can't do anything when you are constantly rolling them around in your hands. That's where the bracelets helped a lot. Again, my wrists were very relaxed and the pain eventually subsided. Now whenever I have the least little bit of wrist or hand pain; I put on the bracelets.
Recently, I bought one of those "Magnetic Hematite" bracelets; I love Hematite anyway; it warms to your skin and feels like it just belongs there. I highly recommend them. I loved the Hematite ones so much that I started making them for extra cash.
It is not easy to convince someone of the effect of "Magnetic Therapy"; it's one of those things you just have to try for yourself in order to experience the results. But, I will say that it has worked for me.
