HOPE Entire cultures run on it, one mother has only it. All of us speak of it"I hope he or she calls me tonight" "I hope Santa comes tonight". But do any of us know what hope is really? It's that feeling you get when all else has failed; that we hear one or two words that give us a glimmer,a shinning. We see something that convinces us to hang on or be patient. Perceived or reality, for the hopeful and the romantic its all that there is and all they need. For the day can run on the hope that TODAY!
will be the day that hope pays off, he or she calls or the mother finds that child or that job. Then there is the day YOUR love realizes you are the one who has been there for them, not the one they have thought would be. But hope is a leap of faith;faith that there is a force that helps the honest and well intended be rewarded with what they hoped for the most. For some hope lasts forever, for the unlucky few they find out they have wasted love and time. Two things that are precious and as humans we can control neither.Time passes no matter what and we fall in love with who our heart tells us too.
When those two collide partners for life can be created or a single soul is effected. That soul can turn cold and shut down or they can rejoice in the fact that there is hope. Hope for a love so powerful and true that the heart is made whole again.Hope for a mother that she will give birth to another child with a new love,or hope for that job to get you through the next day. Because isn't that what we all want?Hope, love and to be remembered? Remembered by those who loved us and those we loved. For those loved souls to know that OUR hearts chose THEM to give love in our life and our hearts chose them to give us hope, for a better tomorrow a good nights sleep or a beautiful love to happen again.
