In today's fast paced society, it makes romance even harder to attain. At the end of the day we find ourselves tired, exhausted and just ready for a cold beer and a meal. Romance usually isn't at the top of the list of things to do at the end of a day.

However, one must consciously realize, especially if you are a guy that it doesn't take much to add a little spice to a relationship. A flower with a little note, a home cooked meal, and even a few candles at the table. All simple things that can be done at home to put a smile on her face.

I'm not Doctor Ruth, but I can tell you that these things work for both sides. For a woman, she can simply say "I Love You" and maybe rub her man's feet at the end of the night. Not to be funny, but enjoying a sports program with your man does more for him than you will ever know. Most woman, especially my girlfriend is not a really into sports, but when she says to me "lets watch Nascar", my eyes light up and I'm in heaven.

While relationships are tough and no one person has all the answers, remember that it is the little things that matter most. A walk around the park, a trip to the local diner for a cup of coffee just to listen. Love, is more than trips, jewelry and fine sports cars. The simple things in life is what makes for a healthy relationship-remember that.
