I just realized what a stronghold the devil has on us women through this. The Tyra show actually opened up my eyes to this situation. I'll admit it I have been holding on to resentment towards women for quite sometime without really even knowing it until I really thought about it today. It's subtle, but it's there and now I finally see the truth. I am sure I am not the only one who has been hurt by a fellow woman, whether it be gossip or cheating with your boyfriend. It has happened to me a couple times and these events have affected my relationship with women and it's not good. I don't trust like I should and am hesitant to have friendships because of what a few have done in the past, when the men that did it are to blame too. It's very sad. I have been hurt way many more times by men. Why did I so easily forgive men and not the women? I think part of it is because woman are somewhat naturally submissive to men. We'll bend over backwards to please them at times.
Friendships are so rewarding and encouraging and uplifting. Women are beautiful people and we need to support each other, not be jealous and angry toward them. There is enough tearing us down as it is, we can't do that to each other. Like they said on Tyra it's like swallowing poison it hurts you and women all around to be this way. So, I forgive all the women who may have betrayed me in the past and thank them for that experience in my life. I am a Christian and I know that these not so loving feelings are not of God, so I am thankful to finally see this so I can ask God for deliverance of this ugly unforgivingness and the untrue beliefs towards women I may have had in my heart. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Halleuiah. Now I can truly love my neighbor as myself men and women and forgive and love. If you are a woman reading this thank you for taking the time and you are beautiful, have a great day!
