no,no,no, why would you want to start having nationwide voting for a small group of people ? displaced , get over it these people ran away and most of them bitched about everything that was going on , how the federal gov wasn't doing anything for them [some even said they caused it ] why should the rest of the nation have to be troubled with there problem's? why can't these people just go home and deal with the situation they have been dealt and rebuild there state and start there life's anew ? this whole katrina situation has driven a bigger spike down the political divide in our country ,and taken up billions of tax dollars allready ,and they still are as big a toilet as it was before ! the problem is not displacment it is ignorance! charity only goes so far when you cant wipe your own ass , and this has gone on long enough ! other places in the country have been devastated in the past also ,and I have never seen this much whining and crying about it ! florida rebuilds all the time [also a huge waste of taxpayer's money ] why hasn't new orleans? maybe because of the 30 plus years of democrat rule and abuse ? and alot of pilfering of federal funds.!
