At our company we believe that happy workers are productive workers. We foster the team concept where Together Everyone Achieves More.

The family is part of the team at home. We believe that by involving the family very often in various company sponsored outings and events, we bring the family in to the work place while allowing them to remain at home.

For example the monthly picnic. All family members are invited and the food is on us. Naturally not everyone can come all the time and some times the worker does not come but the family does.

Certain workers spouses are invited to plan and put on the picnic and the activities going along with the food. This gives them a feeling of contribution and a sense of being part of the team.

Friendships are formed and the work force becomes an extended family.

Tickets to sporting events are routinely handed out. This fosters family support when we need the worker at work for that extra push. They realize we give and some times we take some extra time away from the family.

We sponsor local events. Individuals from the community are invited to the factory and given budgets take care of the costs of the events. These events can be holidays or traditional days local to the community. Some times they are events to benefit a local charity.

When the community likes you, and the moral is high production soars and good will abounds. Your customers become the friends and family of the community in other parts of the globe.

There is no price tag on good will. Other in far away places learn about your products and services because some one in the community puts in a good word for you without your knowing it.
