Why we need breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it keeps you full until lunch time.
However, many people cannot put anything in their stomachs early in the morning. Huge mistake!It's not necessary to have chicken curry or roast beef for breakfast.
A glass of milk with 2 toasted slices of buttered bread, a glass of juice, a fruit and a cup of tea or coffee is a very good idea for breakfast. But still it's up to your eating habits what you want to have in the morning. Whether you would like the French or the English version of your morning meal, it's completely up to you.
But be sure that you have every day a proper breakfast as it gives your body the energy it needs to start the day.
It also activates your body's functions and metabolism and it can help you loose way in an easier and faster way.
Breakfast is for the human body what is fuel for the cars' engines.
