Reckless Life
I am forever reckless and jaded,
All of their good advice has faded,
I move quicker than an exercised pulse,
I act every little thing on impulse,
'Living fast' is more than a metaphor,
'Cause speed is what I live for,
For your safety: hold on tight,
For I move at the speed of light.
Sure I'll grow up once I've liven,
I'll take advantage of the powers I'm given,
Make the heroes before me oh so proud,
I'll never argue or complain (out loud),
For I am a Phoenix fresh from the ash,
I'll win everyone over in a flash.
