My heart beats for you
I long for your touch
Yet you seem so far away -
So distant.
My lips yearn for you
For just a kiss
from your soft, sweet,
sensuous lips.
My eyes ache to see you
Wishing your brilliant smile
Can light my way
Through unspeakable darkness.
If only you would hold me,
then I would hold you
And we could drift into another world
in each others' arms.
Come now,
lie with me
And dream sweet dreams
Of glory and of love.
