"Drama seems to follow me along with broken hearts. I have conquered many battles but a new love always starts. My shattered dreams and tattered thoughts; are leftovers of affection. I am left with another scar that adds to my collection. Please heal my heart, let me love once more. Allow my heart to beat again, like it did before."
I kept falling and falling, and I have never been caught. The older I got, the harder I fell, the harder I fell, the more I got hurt. I am now 16 years-old. I have had two years of misconceptions of love and a lot of heart ache. But last year, I was finally caught. No more hurting, no more broken hearts; only everlasting love. With just one kiss from his lips press up against mine, made every thing so clear. This has been the best year of my life, the year I met Jeann Carlo Lugo (JC).
Mr. Perfect
I have always considered love to be "perfect" but it is impossible when no is perfect. I was looking for that "Mr. Perfect," the guy that doesn't exists, or does he? My Mr. Perfect, my love, my heart, is my boyfriend, JC. He makes me feel so good about myself. He always reminds me how much he loves me and promises me no broken hearts.
In January of my sophomore year, I met JC. We met at Brown University at a Pre-College Enrichment Program (PCEP) for high school students that wanted to learn about science. After awhile of talking and getting to know each other, I started to have a crush on him. Unfortunately, at the time I had a boyfriend (Paul) so I could not act upon my feelings; but we did manage to stay good friends.
March 29 was the day my faithfulness did nothing for my relationship with Paul and he ended up calling quits. I was so hurt because even when I had doubt in our relationship, I refused to give up. He found someone he thought was better than me and not long after I was just another girl.
After the horrible breakup with Paul, JC came to my photography class and told me he had a girlfriend, I almost died! But, knowing JC had a girlfriend did not stop me from wanting him. I knew he still liked me but I wasn't sure what made that girl better. So I invited him to my house so we could talk.
I didn't really want to jump into a touchy conversation so I decided to play a video game and work my way into it. We started playing and I noticed him looking at me. We got bored of the game quickly. We went up to my room, where the flirting was so intense my lips would just barely skim across his. I was scared and excited and really confused.
