But believe me, you need not stop eating those which have high fat contents. The only difference is, you need to cook them and consume them in such a way that the amount of fat you consume is reduced to a great extent.
Baking,boiling,grilling are some of the methods you can use to cook beef. Cut the beef into thin slices so that yo consume the same amount of slices but the thickness is reduced thus reducing the amount of fat content consumed.
You can use non stick spray while cooking beef. We can prepare beef with yogurt or cheese toppings. This can be a rich and heavy source of fat content. It can be reduced with your will and wish to keep away cholestrol.
You can choose lean cuts of beefs and trim any excess fat. You can avoid cheese toppings.Noodles and crispy bread eaten along with baked beef not only gives you great taste but also reduces the amount of fat content you consume.
