Kevorkian should have never even went to jail in the first place. All the people he assisted were terminally ill, it was there decision. Can you honestly say that you would rather your loved one or possibly your self spend the rest of your life in pain and misery. Kevorkian never posted any adds that said "Wanted" people to kill". Those people went looking for him and they asked for his help. I'm not justifying what he did was morally right just wrongfully sentenced. If you can honestly sit there and say you would much rather your loved one remain in pain and spend what time they do have here completely incoherent, then you are a very selfish person. I watch my dad ever day moan and cry from the pain that is associated with his cancer, I would never take the route those people took because it is not my dads wishes. I think its a matter of circumstances and belief. He should have been paroled years ago.
