Poetry: A kiss

The Kiss

I cannot resist you
I gaze into your deep green eyes
Those lips of yours so soft, so wanting

I lean in closer to you
I want our lips to meet
My mouth parts just a bit
to welcome your sweet lips

You outline the curves of my lips
with your tongue
the feel of your tongue
gives me such pleasure

I must feel those lips of yours
I lay my tongue upon yours
closing my eyes, I press closer
Our lips meet

Oh what desire goes through me now
Our lips touching
Your breath dancing on my cheek
As we kiss so passionately

Our hungry tongue's dancing
the kiss I've longed for
the kiss I've only dreamed of
Lost in time
Lost in ecstasy

Your hands slowly sliding down my sides
I feel weak at the knees
my heart races with enthusiasm
such passion
All from our kiss
