1.Leviathan. Endorsed by Matt Groening (Simpsons creator), this comic book is written from the perspective of an anonymous Everybaby`constantly grappling with very mature subjects like creation, death, the nature of family relationships, etc. Much of this takes place in his head or in his dreams, so he communicates with his guide Cat through thought bubbles instead of words. Lets face it, the kid cant talk yet!
2.Asterix by Uderzo and Goscinny. Set in Roman times, a small village of Gauls manages to stay one step ahead of the Romans through their superior wit, courage, and most of all their heros Asterix and Obelix. The druid Getafix is also essential to their cause bccause he suppplies the with regular drinks of a secret magic potion he brews in a cauldron. Asterix and Obelix travel around the ancient world and hasve adventures on which they meet various historical figures like Cleopatra of Egypt. Examples include sterix and the Magic Cauldron, Asterix and Cleopatra, Asterix and the Olympic Games, and many others.
3.Get Fuzzy by Darby Conley. This comic features Bucky, a feisty Siamese cat who is anything but warm and fuzzy. Just ask the dog he takes to Judge Judy court to sue for defamation of character. Some titles include A. Blueprint for Disaster. B. The Get Fuzzy Experience: Are you Bucksperienced

4.Garfield. You have to admit this fat, lazy, sometimes cruel joke playing cat probably thinks the way our own cats would if they were just a little bit smarter and could talk. Laugh at dweeb Jon and his misadventures in love. Personally, I love how Garfield makes friends with the mice he is supposed to be chasing, and I always sympathize with the spiders who beg him for their lives or tease him right before they get squashed.
