Online surveys definitely cannot pay the bills. They possibly could if proper compensation was given, cash. Most surveys insists on entering you in a contest with the chance to win, this, that or the other; with cash being the last thing on any list no matter how long that list is. Cash, is the main reason you'd even consider doing this to pay bills. Even sites that promise you great sites for online surveying aren't telling the truth. It starts out with someone telling you how they were ripped off and gives you the names of; lets say, two sites they swear are legitimate. You convince yourself hey, this guy must be telling the truth, they really jerked him around.
The process of doing online surveys, is very hard work. It's repetitive, boring and conterproductive. I mean, I've heard the old adage "you've got to spend money, to make money." But online surveying has given that phrase a whole new meaning in the 21st century. Who can sit a computer that long, for so little? That's one of the reasons I quit Corporate America. It certainly does not make since to be forced to join a company sending you ties every so often for $45. and not be able to opt-out of the program whenever you choose. Then, to read a negative report about that company makes one feel like a real loser.
All of the surveys I've ever taken insisted that I sign up for at least two offers. After the first two offers I signed up for I realized, this is definitely a national and international scam.
Even more daunting is opting out of the emails from survey companies. The list never ends. I believe they sell your information to others; something they promise they wouldn't do. It is the only way to explain all of those emails you know you did not sign up for.
The only surveys worth your time and efforts are the ones that pay you in cash at the end of the surveys. Those are the ones being conducted by a marketing firm and they have been in the business for years and have a solid. They actually have people recruiting humans to take these surveys. Sometimes, the surveys are boring but, getting cash-in-hand at the end makes it all worthwhile.
