Trial and Error
Once you think you have it
You understand it all
You bravely toss your heart
To the first in whom you fall
Most times you end up hurt
At least once around
For in your search for love
Lust was all you found
Your heart is left broken
The lessons were hard learned
Next time you will watch out
Or else you may get burned
Had you not taken that chance
Things you would not have known
Nor would you now be left
Feeling so all alone
Chances do not always work
Exactly as you planned
Love is not always waiting
Each time you hold out your hand
You had before been warned
Not all love will be true
Now you are left wondering
Do I search for someone new?
Through trial and error
Do not give up the fight
You will find the lover
To comfort you day and night

When you wait
...for his

Through your mirrored eyes I see my soul, let my eyes do the same.
Growling clouds of suffering await the joy that tames.
