Sometimes I wish that I could die!
Just curl up and let life stop.
and all its troubles pass me by.
No longer trying to find my way,
through the haze of daily life.
That surrounds me like an oppressive fog.
I dream how simple it would be.
To fall into eternal sleep.
Become a fading memory.
But what if death is not the end?
And life here after is more hectic still.
The irony would so cruel.
So I will wait till my time comes.
And hope some answers I will find.
To lighten up the darkness.
