The myth of a 'secret' to happiness

No myth about it. There is indeed a secret.

The truest happiness can only come from the one and only thing: LOVE. We have to be careful though, not to get mixed up between love and ego. True love makes people free not intimidated, true love makes people committed but not obliged, true love is never "I" centered, true love is all about giving. It is not contaminated by any means of dirt aka negative emotions such as jealousy, ambition, desires, insecurity, sense of pride and fear. True love just brings smile on your face and warmth in your heart, and nothing else.

True Love or pure love, something what I thought was a myth, is apparently something so real! It is not an effect of what we do, not a result of our action, it is merely there, with or without what we have done. It is actually the cause of everything happened in this world, the source of any reason at all. It is also so pure because it comes from the source of any source: some people call it True Source or Divine Source or God.

The good news is that human's heart (the centre of feeling, not heart the blood pump)is capable to feel this pure love from True Source. The bad news is most of the time we are not aware of our own capability. The worst news is most of the time we let ourselves to get drowned into our negative emotions as said above and are willingly very busy with those (well, at least that's what happens to me).

Ideally, when we believe that the true happiness can only come from one thing which is Pure Love, and that pure love will always be pure, what we human can do is just to rely on it. Knowing and being aware that our heart is capable to feel this source of happiness which is LOVE, what we actually can do is to be open and let our heart to feel it. Just relax and let it bring us to where we are supposed to be: happiness. Don't let ourselves get trapped into series of ambitions and desires. This way, we always have nothing to lose. Cherish the presence, not the future and not the past. When you have nothing to worry about, you can just relax, smile and enjoy what you are experiencing in this very moment. I really feel that this is all what you need for happiness. Not a myth, and not even a secret!
