How to make SAND beads.
It is very simple to make SAND beads. These are the ingrediants needed.
Celluclay,
Clean Beach SAND
Elmer's Glue
Olive Oil
Non-Toxic paint
Instructions:- Measure two (2) cups of celluclay and two (2) cups of clean SAND. Mix together the celluclay, clean sand and elmer's clue in a large plastic bowl, mix until the mixture is of the consistancy of dough once the mixture reaches the consistancy of dough pinch of a piece of the mixture, roll into a snake and mark out with a ruler the size bead you desire, once you have the desire measurement for the size bead you want, oil your hands with the olive oil and begin to roll mixture in a circular motion to get a round bead, if the mixture starts sticking to your hands simply add a little more oil to prevent sticking, if the mixture begins to harden, simply add more elmer's glue. If you desire to add color in order to have a variety of colored beads simply add some non-toxic paint to mixture as you are mixing. Once you have rolled all of your beads put in the sun to dry on a cookie sheet during the day, and if home is air conditioned simply place beads on a cookie in the oven overnight ONLY with the pilot light on.
