It really surprised me to actually find a topic for discussion i can really relate to.I have two boys,a seventeen year old and a eight year old.My seventeen year old thinks he's thirty and my eight year old thinks he's seventeen. My seventeen year old helps me take care of the younger child because of job.I have to be at work a 4 in the morning. He really does good sometimes. He gets his brother on the bus for me in the mornings and he usually does pretty good...but with the responsibility came the "I'm gonna do what I want to do attitude",well ofcourse that didn't really work with me.Well It just took a few times showing him...him getting mad at me and taking off didn't really work.He really likes my computer too much, and the phone...that i guess is just being a teenager. When he'd get back he was on restriction from the computer and the phone.Ewww..he'd get mad but oh well so was i...In order to get back on track i let him do things for computer of phone time..either or...not both but after about a few days of him being stir crazy ...not having his"things to do" he had something to work for or be good for. After a while he got better so he can get his stuff back..Well..that works for a while..he does good..he's actually a good boy, he just has a mouth on him and he' sorta short tempered with me..but I can hold my own.I can't say I've done everything perfect.I just do my best.I think its just a teenage thing, but you just have to live life from day to day till "they are as grown as they think they are".
