What's better than iced coffee at a sunny street cafe in Europe or in your backyard dreaming of sitting at a sunny cafe in Europe! :)

AUTHENTIC RECIPE: Make a strong cup of espresso with a coffee machine. Get a separate short glass and put a few ice cubes in it (not crushed ice - it'll get too watery). Add sugar to your coffee if you like sweet coffee. Let the coffee cool a bit and then pour the coffee over the ice in the glass. Stir and,after the coffee has chilled, enjoy a delicious iced coffee!

Tips: If you really want a strong coffee flavor, instead of water ice cubes make coffee ice cubes ahead of time and have them ready for whenever you feel like an iced coffee!

Some people like to add one (or more!) of the following: whipped cream, a tiny bit of whiskey, a tiny bit of Bailey's, ....

If you are desperate, you can also make a strong cup of instant coffee and follow the recipe. It won't be as good, but it'll work in a pinch!
