Would this ever be an issue? Probably not being that neither of these superheroes have anything against each other...yet But then again who knows what can happen in a split second in their lives, right? As for the victor, none other than Batman and I believe that with all my heart.

Batman is definitely human and that may to most seem a distinct disadvantage. At the same time he has the most willpower and discipline than any other superhero out there, not just because he wants to but because he HAS to. Superman has a weakness that can destroy him more powerfully than a dozen severe blows to his body. That type of weakness if known is just too powerful to overlook. Superman may have the power and abilities that not many others have but with kryptonite nearby he is reduced to nothing. He is actually less powerful than a normal human walking the streets. Batman is just too intelligent to let that information go to waste in this case. Not only does he know about the weapon that can be used against Superman but he also has the means to get his hands on it and the know how to use it.

Batman has put his body through tests, pain, torturous discipline and exercise that most mortals and maybe even some superheroes would find unbelievable. He has to keep himself in the highest forms of shape not only physically but mentally as well. If he hesitates for even the slightest of seconds it could mean his death. He cannot falter in his work or it will mean his demise and destruction. There are too many out there that would benefit from the Dark Knight being brought to his knees for him to slow down on his learning or training. I can go on and on about his day to day life but it still comes down to him staying alert and at the ready 24/7 whereas Superman can take for granted his strength and existence and in doing so it could be his downfall where Batman would be concerned.
