Our Dogs are our pets as long as we are alive, the extended family of rabbits and tropical fish are part of our family. They share our lives, our feelings, our sadness, and our happiness, our greatest confidants in life.
Our Dogs Came into Our Lives, looking for love, leaders, and guidance. We gave them love; they give us love, asking for nothing in return, I would give them my heart if I could. We are their leaders, the leader of the pack, their leader. We are their Caretakers, they became Our Protectors, which made them important to us, and we look up to the dogs and the dogs look up to us. We all become one, "FOR WE ARE ONE FAMILY",
As part of a family we play together, we walk together, we run together; we talk together, for many moments throughout the day. We whisper together quietly throughout the day when we are playing, we laugh with each other during the day, sometimes we share treats together, Those biscuits and bones are great, whether they be human or they are enjoying their doggy bones. That we share from the shop together from time to time.
We even share the big bed, together when we sleep, in the daytime as well as the night time. In our own way, we share our inner most thoughts together, they are our life long stories. Mum has her coffee in the morning it is time to share, our walk TOGETHER, with her camera in tow, our harnesses on, with our leaders, in our mums hand, we venture out the side gate for our walk, with Mum, ready to chase down the world and find our friends for a new day.
The walk Mum shares, with the doggies her happy time to be with the doggies on her own, Then the visit from the rest of the family, the doggy brothers all get together. Our family is complete, everyone is here, time for chaos, dogs running and hiding everywhere, How does Mum cope, she does in her own way, she loves the chaos her family and the dogs bring to our home, Only one thing missing the Bunnies, but that would be traumatic. For the bunnies cannot mix with the dogs, the bunnies unfortunately would die of shock or fright. All these animals are the extended family that belongs to us all. All the family pets give us love which is unconditional, they never ask for any thing in return. I know my pets have given me so much, the bonding the shadows they create when following me about the house and the yard. To be able to come home from messages in the car and see them sitting at the window watching you come up the driveway.
