Bladder infections or cystitis is realatively easy to cure and if you cure it without taking prescribed anti-biotics it should not reoccur as often, if at all. The properties in cranberries are highly effective. I would however reccomend taking a supplement as opposed to the juice as the pills have a much higher potency factor. Drinking parsley tea is a good remedy but not the nicest tasting.
One of my favorites is to take a natural antibiotic juice made fresh if you have a juicer. One glass (at least 300-400mls) must be taken twice daily until the infection has cleared. The juice consists of:
1 carrot
1 beetroot including some green tops
2 spinach leaves
1 to 2 apples, skin on
half cm fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic or half red onion
Dilute with water or cold herbal tea to begin with if too strong.

This juice will clear any infection and also give you a greeat energy boost.
If you suffer from cystitis regularly then this would be a great way to get rid of it once and for all. Also taking a cranberry supplement every day to keep on top of it is a good idea.
