Were Mary Magdalene and Jesus married or not

The simple answer to this question is no. Jesus was not married to Mary Magdalene or anyone else. One problem with this idea is that people keep citing the DaVinci Code as their source for the idea. The DaVinci Code is a work of fiction. It is not nor ever has been about something real.

Jesus' purpose on this earth was to ultimately die on the cross. His purpose before that was to minister, select and train his disciples and show himself as God's son. There is absolutely no evidence he was married, and having a wife and children would have hindered him from his purpose. One point people don't think of is at the cross when he introduced John to Mary as his new mother. If Jesus had a family, he would have sought help for them as well. To not take care of his family would make him 'worse than an infidel' and therefore not perfect.

Jesus had no need to marry, it would have distracted him from his purpose to come to earth and pay for the sins of those who would accept him. It amazes me how often I see people thinking that fiction works like the DaVinci Code are true, while not believing it of the Bible, God's word.
