Strong people try to recognize and own their own strengths and then use them to help overcome their own weaknesses.
Weak people usually don't accept or know their own strengths and don't acknowledge we all have our individual areas of strength. Sure they usually know their own weaknesses but they have a hard time allowing their own strengths to help them to overcome these weaknesses.
Inner strength is a sign that you love yourself. All inner strength comes from the amount of self love you have. By loving yourself you can recognise your strengths that are strengthened by this love and float to the fore or the top and join to enable you to live on purpose your purpose. All your inner strengths are part of your inner purpose and love connects the two together so that you can use those strengths to achieve your purpose in your life.
You have a purpose and path which is best for you. You can follow it in a direct or a roundabout way, that is also up to you. My advice is to listen to yourself. A strong person knows who he himself is and what is programming from others in himself. A strong person accepts all their emotions, recognises them and lets them go. At the moment that you stifle your emotions, this in turn stifles your own internal power. Emotion stirs your power, letting them go gives you a sort of power as well; the power to let go of your own emotions instead of being controlled by them. You need energy and the energy will take you along your path. Without energy you just sit and wait for someone else's energy to move you. Never wait, you must follow your own path and at the same time be considerate without storming over someone but not letting them overpower you either. Emotions are your powerhouse, you have to learn how to utilise their power rather than let them drain away or fighting them and again the power is dissipated.
Confidence is the building of self power which comes from your soul. Lack of confidence or false confidence comes from the ego or the subconscious programming. To become confident and believe in your self gets back to loving yourself. You really love yourself by loving the God within. The God within is your soul which is connected to God and a real part of God and everything. You can't be separated from the whole; be confident that you are part of the whole and the whole will always act to condition and balance it's parts. This is what learning lessons is all about. The part is being brought back to balance and overall learning so it plays its part in the whole.
The answer to all of life is love. You are not feeling or appreciating love when you fear your life as a human and feel helpless in coping with it now. The answer practically is always the same answer as it is spiritually, just to choose to love. How can you do this when you are filled with fear and doubt, well you can't unless you can get past this fear and doubt. You can get past fear and doubt by taking real action now. Do something actively and do it with passion and love will open up and the doubt and fear will slide away. What can you do with passion. Well do something you love and love it by doing it that's all. Simple but hard, strength always comes out of weakness, for without our weakness how could we be strong.
