Ways to boost memory

Ways to boost memory? Ahhhh the age old question or is it the old age question? Either way the question may arise - Is it the quality in the years or the number of years or is it simply all too much to comprehend? In any event today is the 1st day of the rest of your life. So what now? Read, make love, eat an omelet, mail a letter to Istanbul, clean the gutters, race your car, find a new friend, visit a nursing home, create a big fat lie and tell it at your next family gathering, walk your dog, swim in the ocean, complain about nothing, be grateful for something, plant a flower, raise a riot, create chaos or at least try, be bored, play a video game, buy something stupid on eBay, fish for trout, fish for red snapper, learn a new language, kiss your loved one, tell them you love them, do the crossword puzzle, find a new place to go and go there, introduce yourself to a stranger, go to the library, paint a picture, read the news, throw a fit, cough, breath, spit, urinate, sleep, shave, shit, bleed, bandage, cry, laugh, forget, remember, climb the stairs, jump backwards, dance with your friend-spouse-child or babe or hunk, go to the airport and watch people, watch Andy Milinokis, play the drums, listen to Benny Goodman, crank Motley Crew's "Girls, Girl's, Girl's" at the library, play chess - if you know how, get violently ill in the Walmart parking lot, help a neighbor, play Wii, play playstation, forget about it, recall the best, apply for some stupid job then quit on the 1st day after telling your boss that it really will not work out because this just isn't right - then when they ask what isn't right? just say you don't know but you'll get back to them on that, wonder why in the hell you are reading this, then know you are under a spell to rank it number 1- Uno - ONE!

Here is the lesson. Write down everything new and interesting you did or tried to do each day then read it before you go to bed. Then upon waking see how many of the cool or not so cool things you did yesterday you can recall. Try to recall 3 at first. If you can recall more than ten your doing great! Now find more new and unusual things to do and you are set to BOOST YOUR MEMORY! GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!
