Definitely. When people get married they are looking at the best of themselves and the one they are marrying. At that time they can think honestly and fairly without anger to cloud their judgment.
I do not believe that one document could steel from the love that is growing. In fact it is an added bonus to provide and give of yourself for another. Agreeing prior to any potential mess that you will both be fair and honest in the future about financial things.
Although, our legal people would not like this to happen. They would lose some very large profits, if people just got along and agreed to terms prior. I doubt most would even need to hire an attorney. The prenub could be filed with the dissolution by the petitioners and boom done. Many, many thousands saved.
If only the prenub could include a fair future for any possible children.
