Here are some of the tips & tricks that i would like to share from my experienecs and keep in mind before appearing for selection :

1. Get strong in your aptitude and reasoning skills. This is essential to get through the written test. Follow R.S. Aggarwal Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Reasoning and increase your problem solving skills.

2. Get strong in your technical skills. This is essential to crack the Technical Interview. Just go through all the main subjects that you have studied in your curricullum. Prepare well with at least C, C++, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Database, Computer Networks, Compiler.

3. Also, Keep yourself strong in one area. Prepare thoroughly with one of the subjects of your interests. It may anything from the curricullum.

4. Do prepare with all the projects that you have worked on in your curricullum esp. the Final Year Project. They give main stress on the projects and most of the questions originate from projects. Projects can contribute to 90% of your selection.

5. In the end comes the HR interview which is used to assess you on different grounds like personality, team work, attitude, communication skills etc... Prepare your effective introduction and also one of your hobbies. Sit in a closed room and explore yourself of What you are? Practice for this round thoroughly as i got rejected in TCS and Accenture in HR rounds. It will be beneficial to join any institute to prepare.

So, Grab your job with four easy steps above. Guys dont miss any opportunity for appearing in interviews. If you get rejected in one interview dont get disheartened, just learn from it and improve yourself. You will get your Job.
