100 Ways to Burn 100 Calories
Your daily activities contribute to the calories that you burn. Every activity burns calories and now you can be aware of how many you are burning.
Keep in mind that calories burned are dependant on weight, so these are going to be an approximate amount. I have used the calculation based on 150 Lbs. Remember the higher your weight the higher amount of calories that you will burn through activities.
To lose one pound, you must burn 3,500 more calories than you consume throughout the day. This will help you keep track of how many that you are burning!
