CHOOSING BETWEEN HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE VS. CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE

What if you are sick and have been for a couple of years and the regular doctor cannot quite figure out what is wrong? What if like me,you have chronic pain, digestive problems, joint pain, and a immune disease? What kind of medical therapy do you choose?
Many people are starting to use natural medicine because it is an avenue to help you to help the body heal itself. Modern medicine has made strides, pretty much to keep you on a chemical type drug treatment. The question is, if your body is already have trouble digesting good healthy foods, then how do think it is going to digest all the pills that the doctor prescribes? The truth is that your body breaks down further, usually a kidney or your liver gets so toxic from trying to process the chemical type drug that it gets overworked and then decides it cannot handle all these strange substances.

In my case after finally being able to go to an homeopathic doctor who tests your blood cells to see what is going on, it was hard not to get depressed because they found parasites, a cancer cell in my colon ( there is a race against time on this one, because it is close to connecting and spreading), my immune system hates me; so I really do not have one to fight my health problems, I have very little protein and am on a protein/veggie diet, and I suffer with chronic pain.
The regular doctors say that I need to continue to fight for disability, because I will not be able to hold down a job; the employer could not rely on me on my bad days. The homeopathic doctor does not necessarily disagree with this, but insists we need to work on my immune system and maybe I will be able to be more functional.
When it comes to disability, they want a diagnosis from a medical doctor; homeopathic does not qualify. For me to do this I would have to go to a pain management doctor who would want to put me on Cymbalta (an anti-depressant) they insists helps with pain. It does not matter that it is another chemical that alters the brain receivers and fools the brain into thinking there is no pain when there is! That is their answer in treating my chronic pain. As I stated above that is another substance for the liver and the kidneys to process. Cymbalta has to be weaned onto and then weaned off or you can have seizures. Sound great doesn't it?
So, if you are like me, you are stuck between a rock and a hard place. If you take the natural way of treatment, you cannot get disability. If you take the pain management doctor's route, you can eventually get disability. Talk about a keeping you stagnant and unable to move forward.
