Overcoming anxiety,
The best way to overcome your anxiety is to face your fears,
is to get out there and face people. Even when your not in the
mood, it's the best time to do it. For then it's the strongest
and you can take control of your emotions, of your own anxiety.
When overcoming anxiety it's mind over matter, that's a motto
to have. Where you can face things that come along even when it
is really bad, you've got to confront them, know matter how good,
bad, or ugly things will be. For overcoming anxiety is something
that shouldn't be suppressed.
For when we suppress our emotions we aren't releasing our
emotional anxiety, we are keeping it in. When overcoming anxiety
we need to take deep breaths, to inhale and exhale. We get down
but then we get up, we have so many disorders. Where anxiety is
one of them, overcoming anxiety will release the barrier that keeps
us bounded from the chains that bind us. There is no easy way to
get around our anxiety but to try and relax our bodies. We've got
to talk to ourselves, turn this thing around, to getting over the
anxiety that imprisons us. Where we can stop and know that we are
in control of our own minds and our own bodies.
