and He taught people to come out of sin and stay out of it. Wrong thoughts and wrong behavior end in bad results. Do not have sex before marriage or with someone other than your husband or wife (Exodus 20:14). Your husband or wife must be a member of the opposite sex (Genesis 2:23- 24). Do not abuse drugs (Ephesians 5:18). Jesus cares enough about us not only to heal us, but to also not compromise with sin. After healing a man who had a disease for 38 years, Jesus Christ said to him, "See, you are well! Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you" (John 5:14 Amplified Bible). Good medicine includes good teaching and living to prevent future diseases. JESUS ANSWERED THEM, "I ASSURE YOU, MOST SOLEMNLY I TELL YOU, WHOEVER COMMITS AND PRACTICES SIN IS THE SLAVE OF SIN" (JOHN 8:34 AMPLIFIED BIBLE).

We need to take the wisdom, skill, power, strength and wealth we have been given by God and use them to seek ways to help people come out of destructive, ungodly lifestyles. These approaches will probably not be fast or convenient. Many of us when God delivered us from a sin, it was a process, not an instant deliverance, and many people were involved who were committed to seeing us grow in Jesus Christ. Like Jesus we must come not in a spirit of commendation, but in love. If you love someone, you will tell them the truth. The truth sets us free. Webster's New World Dictionary defines "condemn" as "(1) to disapprove of strongly (2) to declare guilty (3) to inflict a penalty upon (4) to doom " In John 8 Jesus Christ was teaching crowds at the temple, when the scribes and Pharisees brought a woman caught in the very act of adultery. The scribes and Pharisees had a spirit of condemnation. They wanted to doom her; they wanted to inflict a penalty on her through public disgrace and death. John 8:3 (Amplified Bible) says, "They made her stand in the middle of the court and put the case before Him." Jesus didn't get caught up in their hostility. Jesus didn't attack the woman caught in adultery. " AND JESUS SAID, I DO NOT CONDEMN YOU EITHER. GO ON YOUR WAY AND FROM NOW ON SIN NO MORE" (JOHN 8:11 AMPLIFIED BIBLE).

Thank God He doesn't just give us His Word. God gave Christians His Holy Spirit to live on the inside of us (1 Corinthians 3:16). Deliverance from some sins is like two steps forward, one step back. We must have patience in dealing with deliverance. We didn't get in our sin lifestyle overnight, and we are not in many cases coming out overnight. But the Holy Spirit
