Employers should be held accountable, there are some who likes to play favoritism, criticizes and just plan pick on certain employees, just because they can, and not be held accountable for their action, some likes to make others think the employee doesn't know what he/she is doing, that is sad, because no one ever believes the employee when they complain, basically they get away with it without anything ever being done from Management or Human Resource. That type of behavior is not professional and yet little is ever done about it. your manager hired you right! you were qualified than what changed? I will tell what changed their attitude, so that type of manager or supervisor is not qualified for the job anyway, they need further training, new skills, but do companies see that? no, they don't.
So, he or she should remember why they hired you in the first place as long as
you're performing your job. The workplace is usually not an equal opportunity to
all, don't ever totally depend on any job, that is why it is always best to have a career or go back to School or College and learn all you can about the type of careers out there, make sure it is something you love or really enjoy doing. I would say have a backup plan just like they have for Computers or Hospitals. Because that will always pay off to be one step ahead of them, and that is something no one can ever take away from you your Education. "you can take that to the bank" and remember a job could be just that a job, but a career is forever.
