There are no gender issues in the workplace or it meaning more than equal pay. The majority rules and whatever be the group mentality is what rules. At times it may be hard to see if or where men think differently than women. The majority rules in physical sight, I think we all know that, but not to say the majority is right, of course, controversies can come into play from any direction, obviously. In a matter of sane and insane as a subject, proper and improper words, actions, and vibrations, it's easy to disassociate one from a group, but nowadays it seems to be the case this that is easy to see is hard to see. In all forms of prejudice I would like to say that it is at first glance that you know good eyes from evil eyes. An intimidating era we are at the present time, caution runs wild, but whether it's being acknowledged is the situation and is where the problem may occur with workplaces plus gender differences, and the feeling like you want to run away really fast as quick as you can. I believe, and I assure you others are with me, that the majority gender that has brought up the gender issue is the gender has the gender issue, if at times we watch blindly thinking I can't believe there's a gender issue, it is a conflict that needs to be resolved. Through laying off and not giving chances I think is the best resolution for this scenario. Of course it's probably best not to rely on the girl or guy with highlights, or the ones with a tattoo, the overweight guy could probably be a sign of bad business, but who knows that, it's a good place to start because any issues in the workplace causes tension and in any which way.
