If you haven't tried it, don't knock it, as the uninformed are in no position to knock anything. I tried a low-priced magnetic underlay on my bed, it made no difference.
A friend introduced me to products utilizing magnets made by a company originating in Japan, now based in California. She invited me to a meeting where these products were displayed for examining and use. I went with her out of politeness and respect, not out of any belief in magnetic therapies. Walking back to the car after ten pm that night, I was amazed at the difference - I'm a stroke survivor and the difference was palpable (as in obvious). I walked better instead of hobbling, and I wasn't slurring or stumbling my words which usually happens to me after a late evening. Having now purchased several of these products I have much more energy and sleep better.
I have since met others who have had even more spectacular results - verified by medical doctors. I'm not trying to sell the products here, which is why I won't mention the company's name. I'm merely trying to point out that if you have used the best quality products containing magnets, you will be helped and if you use the "me-too" brands you won't. And that is true of most everything per the old adage, "you get what you pay for."
There are a small percent of people who will knock anything that helps anyone, indiscriminately. Avoid them, as they also usually speak in generalities, blaming everyone else for everything, and are never wrong themselves (in their own minds.)
