The benefits of eating fruit

Fruit is the worlds superfood. In fact, just about every brightly colored fruit and vegetable fits the category of a superfood, as do nuts, beans, seeds and aromatic and brightly colored herbs and spices. The beneficial properties of one of these superfoods could fill an entire book.
we know of the benefits of Cranberry, pomegranate and Blueberry, but what about acai?
Acai is the crown jewel of fruits, found in the amazon basin it has been part of the staple diet of Brazilian Natives for centuries. Only in the last three years have we been able to get this Superfood
Acai is rich in the Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), antioxidants or fiber, In addition, acai has been been proven to lower or help regulate blood sugar levels-an extremely important factor for all of those concerned with slowing the aging process and preventing diabetes, obesity, wrinkles and a host of degenerative diseases.

How to get Acai, the easily accessible form is juice created by MonaVie. The puree degenerates too quickly and does not deliver the antioxidant punch of the acai based in Monavie which has the highest ORAC score of any food
