No, I feel that with the ongoing threat of terrorism the prison should stay open as long as the war continues, letting it be a place for terrorists only, who seem to be or is a threat to the US. We need to keep our country safe by all means within limits. The prison at Guantanamo Bay should be a prison to house known and connected terrorists that threaten the freedom of Americans and not to be put in regular US prisons that may cause chaos. 911 was a devastating time for all, and being 6 months pregnant when it happened and thinking to myself what kind of world is this for a baby to be born in where you're not safe from predators who doesn't like the way we live or the government that run our country. Seeing how other countries are run by their government, I am proud to be in a democracy to live, speak and express yourself freely. Life is precious and it would be a hard and cruel thing to not be able to walk out your front door and see the beauty in front of you daily.
