I have been searching for good and real paid survey company for quite a while, and the followings are some good websites I recommend:

Like: They use market points for every survey you complete, and 1 point worth 5 cents. Usually you can earn about 5 to 150 points for completing a survey. It is a pretty good deal to me. And even you are not qualify for some surveys, you still earn 5 points.

Dislike: You need to reach at least 1000 points in order to redeem for the cash. But actually it is not that hard to reach 1000 points.

Like: They pay you cash for completing surveys, and moreover, you have chances to win additional prize through sweepstakes. You can redeem your cash anytime you want. Plus, each month they will award $10 to 50 members.
Dislike: The number of surveys is not that much, but it is still quite a good deal.

Like: You will have variety of rewards to choice. You earn Lightspeed Points and can redeem it for cash or gifts. Plus, you can earn entries for their sweepstakes.
Dislike: 1000 Lightspeed Points only worths about $10.

Like: In addition to complete the surveys, you have few more ways to earn points to redeem cash, such as completing a mini-survey they provide. And they offer cash, gifts, and raffle tickets for reward.
Dislike: You need to earn at least 1000 to redeem for cash (you can redeem for gifts and raffle tickets anytime you want), and 1000 points only worths $10.

Like: They send you the check right after the survey you have completed is closing. This makes everything simple.

The first couples days after you join, normally, there are no survey coming to your email. But be patient! The survey will come more and more. Enjoy it!
