Fruit Kabobs:

Never in my wildest dreams, did I expect for fruit to be eaten before cake and chocolate candy. Every year for my daughters birthday I have to come up with something cute in place of a birthday cake. She is highly allergic to everything so she has never had a real birthday cake. This year I came up with Fruit Kabobs, and since her party several relatives have asked me to make the Kabobs for parties they were having.

I am almost embarrassed because the are so easy to do. I took pieces of pineapple, grapes, and cut strawberry's and stuck them on the wooden skewer. You can place the fruit in whatever order you want, it is very colorful, so it doesn't matter. You will need to place a medium size foam ball in a large glass or plastic bowl. After you are finished with that you will place the Kabobs in the foam ball. You will just stick them all over until you fill you have enough placed.

The only problem that people had with the Fruit Kabobs was that they were almost to pretty to eat. Hope you enjoy.
