Should Guantanamo bay prison be closed well in my opinion it should not even be open what a bunch of cowards this bush administration are if they are so convinced that the people that are been held there are not Innocent then they should be on trial on US soil by that i mean in America its self.

I afraid that by not doing this they have opened them selves to even more ridicule if that is possible ,in this world of ours there are bad people but that does not give the right to a country like the USA to ride roughshod over international laws ,a nation rises above this well most nations do when they are a bit older in terms of of a nation they will know what i mean they are but babes in arms only 250 years in modern terms ,i say this with no disrespect intended.

we in the western world know what they are going through we have the tea shirt thrown it a way and got one more ,we in Britain have battled with terrorism for many years and know from experience that torture does not work they tell you anything to stop the pain and then go away hating you even more .Hearts and minds that is the way forward ,its a pity that they cant see that, shut the place down and put the men on trial if found guilty then fry them if not let them go.
