Hi. having just joined and browsed the spiritual content written.i thank all those who have written some what i consider very valuable articles..it has been my good fortune to travel much.and spend some time with mostly taoist practitioners,and alternative therapists,ie acupuncture,reflexology,to name a couple.
During this time i did train in the art of opening the Psyche,and believe that there is only one real method,to bring calm and clarity !this not only involves the mind but the breath,neither being more important,yet i believe a direct link,and a structured method of making the best of this practice... Just as is our obligation to make the best of or really celebrate this adorable magnificent,absolutely fantasmororgasmical experience of life ...At this point i feel i should ask if there is anyone of many amongst us,who would like a bit more structured information,on what i will term as mind clearance ... thank you for you time power to the people ...
