A woven tapestry
of orange and red luminescence
sprawled across a canvas
of purple velvet.
She hides behind a landscape
of mountains and ocean
tucked away as if
she were merely a memory...
She is the honor,
the sheer privilege
of an early rising.
She induces bleary-eyed
wonder upon those
who cast their gaze
eagerly towards her bearing.
Bursting pigments
of iridescence
from left to right
creating all encompassing
tranquility,
silenc e,
serenity...
Tucked away as if
she were merely a memory.
